Manager HR
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources functions across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. Qualifications required
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (minimum requirement)
A Master’s Degree in HR Management or an MBA with HR specialization is preferred for senior roles
Professional Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation
Experience managing HR teams and working across multiple departments or business units
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance
Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Leadership and ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Competence in talent management, training & development, and organizational development
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Additional Qualifications (Valued)
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or AHRI
Experience with change management and employee engagement programs
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives
