Manager IT
We are looking for a skilled and innovative IT Development Manager to lead our software and technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, project management, and team leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and aligning technology strategies with business goals.
Qualifucations required
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (minimum requirement)
A Master’s Degree in IT Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related specialization is preferred for senior roles
Professional Experience
5+ years of experience in IT roles, with at least 2–3 years in leadership or management positions
Proven experience managing IT teams, projects, and infrastructure
Hands-on experience with systems administration, network management, or software development depending on the company’s focus
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development lifecycle, and cloud technologies
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to align IT strategies with business goals and manage budgets
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and IT risk management
Additional Qualifications (Valued)
Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Experience with digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, or blockchain (depending on industry)
