Manager Language Centre
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to lead our Multilingual Language School. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a background in education management and a passion for language learning. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, coordinating multi-language programs, managing staff, and ensuring a high standard of teaching across all language departments.
Qualifications required
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (minimum requirement)
A Master’s Degree in Education Management, TESOL, or Language Studies is preferred
Professional Experience
3–7 years of experience in language teaching, academic administration, or education management
Proven track record in managing language programs, staff, and student services
Experience with curriculum development and accreditation processes is a plus
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of language teaching methodologies and assessment standards
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multi-language programs and diverse teaching teams
Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems (LMS)
Skills in student counseling, admissions, and academic support
Additional Qualifications (Valued)
Certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, or TESOL
Experience in multicultural and international education environments
Familiarity with language proficiency frameworks (e.g., CEFR, IELTS standards)
