Manager Language Centre

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to lead our Multilingual Language School. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a background in education management and a passion for language learning. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, coordinating multi-language programs, managing staff, and ensuring a high standard of teaching across all language departments.

Qualifications required

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (minimum requirement)

• A Master’s Degree in Education Management, TESOL, or Language Studies is preferred

Professional Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in language teaching, academic administration, or education management

• Proven track record in managing language programs, staff, and student services

• Experience with curriculum development and accreditation processes is a plus

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of language teaching methodologies and assessment standards

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multi-language programs and diverse teaching teams

• Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems (LMS)

• Skills in student counseling, admissions, and academic support

Additional Qualifications (Valued)

• Certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, or TESOL

• Experience in multicultural and international education environments

• Familiarity with language proficiency frameworks (e.g., CEFR, IELTS standards)
