Manager Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth across our diverse business operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, leading sales teams, and identifying new market opportunities. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications required

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (minimum requirement)

  • A Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA with Marketing specialization) is often preferred for senior roles

Professional Experience

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles

  • Experience managing sales teams and developing marketing strategies

  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of market research, digital marketing, and sales techniques

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms)

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective campaigns

  • Strategic thinking and results-driven mindset

Additional Qualifications (Valued)

  • Certifications such as Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Salesforce expertise

  • Experience with international markets or multi-channel marketing

  • Knowledge of branding, public relations, and content marketing
