Secretary
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Secretary to support the executive team in a fast-paced, multifunctional company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management, and administrative skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and coordinate day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Qualifications required
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or GCE A/L (minimum requirement)
Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or Business Administration (preferred)
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage, especially for executive-level secretary roles.
Professional Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Typing speed of 50–70 words per minute (varies by industry)
Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Work Experience
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred
Experience supporting senior executives or multiple departments is a plus
Familiarity with office procedures, travel coordination, and basic bookkeeping is advantageous
Additional Skills (Optional but Valued)
Knowledge of document management systems
Basic understanding of business communication etiquette
Proficiency in multiple languages (if applicable to the role or company)
Certification in business writing or office management
